Ms Laxmipriya Das is an Assistant Professor in the area of HR at BCCM, Bhubaneswar.

 Ms Laxmipriya Das has completed Master Degree in History from Ravenshaw University and MBA from Sambalpur University. She is pursuing her PhD at Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University, Bhubaneswar in the area “Organizational Citizenship Behavior”.

She has been teaching, conducting research in the area of Human Resource Management and has published many research papers in referred research journals. Some of her outstanding published research work includes, “Impact of Organizational Justice on Organizational Citizenship Behavior: A Study of Education Sector in Odisha” in PalArch Journal of Archaeology, (2020), “Role of the Entrepreneurial Guidance on High-Performance Work System and Productivity, PalArch Journal of Archaeology, (2020), “Organizational Citizenship Behavior: A Review and Research Agenda” in Annals of the Romanian Society for Cell Biology, (2021) and “A Bibliometric Study of Organizational Citizenship Behavior” in Organizational Psychology, (2022) to name a few.

She presented papers in National and International Conferences organized by Birla Global University, Bhubaneswar, Indian Academicians and Researchers Association, Delhi and Indian Academicians and Researchers Association, Thailand.

She conducts integrated and holistic skill training for the PGDM students to make them employable. She actively involves herself in organizing cultural events and Institutional Social Responsibility activities of BCCM.
